Deepika looked incredible in a grey salwar kameez that had a decidedly Western twist Designed by Anushka Khanna. The textured “kurta” had noodle straps that fell all the way to her ankles like an evening gown. A deep slit on the side revealed the plain grey salwar underneath, tailored in a modern style like boot cut pants.

,that was accessorized with a heavy gold necklace and a cuff ring. A half up, half down do and a deep plum lippie completed her look.A grey-bordered neon pink dupatta was pinned to one of the straps rather than just hung around the neck in the traditional way. She accessorized the look with black ankle-strap peep-toes and a statement bracelet, rounding things off with a natural makeup and a simple updo that was voluminous on the crown with a bun that appeared elaborate but was just wispy.
Deepika wore an offering from Delhi-based designer Atsu Sekhose’s collection. It looked like a maxi skirt and sleeveless blouse but was in fact just one piece. The dress had a monochrome top with a hound’s tooth pattern and a flowy, floor-length skirt in light orange.

The princess dress fit snugly on the bodice and then flared out from the hip down.
