Amit Aggarwal Show at Lakme Fashion Week Winter Festive 2013

Amit Aggarwal dazzled with his first ever show in Mumbai at the Lakme Fashion Week 2013. His collection blended three ideas: moulding, metallics and magic to create a sense of strength through form and superimposed it with the fragility of the organic.

As expected, Amit showcased his signature sculptural pieces in a collection centered around three ‘M’s – moulding, metallics and magic. His models walked out with futuristic silver headgear and subtle make-up, which blended seamlessly with the line. And we were a bit surprised to see a multitude of pre-draped saris and lehengas, as Amit has never dipped into Indian-wear before.
