Mango Lassi
Creamy yogurt and pulpy mango mixed in with loads of ice. The perfect Summer thirst quencher.
- 125 ml curd
- 200 ml iced water
- 8 ice cubes
- 1 chopped mango
- 1 tbsp sugar
- pinch dried mint
- Whip all the ingredients together in a blender. Serve chilled
